Dinner from a someone else's odds and ends

It is a challenge sometimes to use up the last of the veggies in the fridge. It is even harder when someone else stocks the kitchen. Broccoli and yellow squash with tofu and cashews served on quinoa. All made without garlic or soy sauce. I think that was the real challenge. Without a strong flavored sauce the quinoa was a bit flat but the veggies and tofu were quite good.
